This is a 7-day progressive intermittent fasting program, where participants will have a chance to either start their intermittent fasting journey or advance their existing one.
(Intermittent) fasting has been around for a very long time. It is one of the oldest methods for weight loss but also for rejuvenation of the body, and health restoration with the benefits positively affecting the brain, heart, blood, and waistline.
It is never too late to start or restart the practice of intermittent fasting. Those who have already tried Intermittent fasting will be able to get back in the game; those who are curious will be able to try it in a safe and friendly environment with plenty of support!
Intermittent fasting is a practice of a healthy lifestyle and as with anything, we can ebb and flow with it.

And if you are still feeling a little uneasy about it… fear not, you will have the option to start with a 12-hour fast and progress from there (or stay at 12 and explore it for a week!)
Still not sure if 12 hours is doable - join us for the 7 days and start where you can while you learn the theory behind the practice. You just may surprise yourself and land at a 12 hour fast!
One big misconception about Intermittent Fasting is that it is rigid - it is not.
You are always in power and control of your eating. In fact, you determine when you start an intermittent fast and when you finish.
In my experience, intermittent fasting allowed me to tune into my body to hear what it says. I gained a deeper insight why I eat. I learnt to recognize my true hunger and even then sit with it if I wanted to give my body a break.
Some people argue that intermittent fasting is starving yourself. I beg to differ. Intermittent fasting does magic for your health and allows you to tune in and hear yourself… sometimes for the first time.
Just like meditation is quieting your mind to gain insight into the true you, intermittent fasting is quieting constant eating to gain insight into what your body is saying. Both are healing. Both are practices not one time events.
