After all, if I can do it, so can YOU! And trust me, my journey has been anything but easy. But that is what we share…. Human experience.

Meet Aggi,
My wake up call showed up in the form of a lump in my breast. I was going through a divorce, the beginning of an osteopathic school, moving and trying to put all the pieces together when I found ‘it’ - The Lump. My daughter was just three years old and of course, I went to the darkest of all options - I did not want to die.
I did not. I am HERE. I also didn’t have cancer but as my oncologist said I was her ‘happy’ case…the tumor was benign In fact…
I felt like I got a second lease on life. I won the lottery being all aware that not all women get happy news like I did. And I would be there for my daughter. And that was the biggest win. Gifts of such magnitude are to be shared, RIGHT?
And no, life was not all ‘butterflies and unicorns’ from there. Years of stress, divorce, self-neglect and being overweight, put a solid dent in my health. But I was determined and promised myself I would change everything around - if not for me, then my daughter has definitely deserved that! I would be the mom that she deserved!
Three surgeries later (a fall out from the hormonal imbalance stress and insulin resistance brought on), I graduated from osteopathic school, divorced, (and was eventually diagnosed with very functional C-PTSD from traumatic childhood events), I set out to do my best life and share my gifts with the world.
I am not sharing my hardships with you for you to feel sorry for me, but rather for you to gain strength. We each have a story and only we get to decide if we come out a VICTIM or a WINNER. We each get to write and live the script of our lives.
We don’t always get to choose how life unfolds, but we GET TO CHOOSE HOW WE RESPOND TO IT!
